Garlic Dip

Recipe of the Month:
Garlic Steak Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. cut up steak (sirloin, NY or filet)
1 T. Olive Oil
3 T. Butter
1 package Coyote Country Seasonings Garlic Dip Mix
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix the butter and Garlic Dip Mix together and set to the side.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
3. Place cut up steak in the pan in a single layer. You will need to do batches. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
4. Add the garlic butter mixture to pan and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring to coat the meat with the butter mixture.
Serve and Enjoy

Dill Dip

Fried Dill Dip;
1 package Coyote Country Seasoning Dill Dip 8 oz. softened brick of cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup chopped dill pickles, the crunchier the better
1/2 cup Panko crumbs
2 T. Butter

Mix the first four ingredients together and refrigerate at least one hour (overnight is better). When ready to serve, melt butter in a fry pan on medium heat then stir in the Panko crumbs and toast until browned. Pour over dip and serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.

Our family's favorite, it's got a great heat but not as hot as habanero.

Here's a featured Recipe:
Spicy Swiss Steak cooked in the Crockpot:
Ingredients:
3 T. oil
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. round steak
3 lg. carrots, diced
3 lg. stalks celery, diced
1 med. or lg. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 package Coyote Country Seasonings Mystery Dip mix
1 cup water
1 28 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put oil in heavy pan. Add meat and brown on all sides (salt and pepper as desired). (Do not cook past browning.) Put meat in crock pot. Add carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, and one package of Coyote Country Seasonings Mystery dip package. Put 1 cup of water in browning pan and cook loose all the ""Brown"". Pour over meat and vegetables. Add crushed tomatoes. Add water to cover meat, if necessary. Cover. Turn crock pot on low for about 8 hours. Great over mashed potatoes.

Cucumber Red Onion Dip

Chicken Cucumber Pasta Salad
2 lbs. cooked, chopped chicken
3/4 to 1 lb. pasta shells, bows, or shape of your choice
1 C. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1 package Coyote Country Seasonings Cucumber Red Onion dip mix
2 1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions:

Cut the cooked chicken into bite size pieces.
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water, Drain and Cool slightly.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and cucumber red onion dip mix.
In large bowl, mix chicken, pasta, and cucumbers and onions.
Pour dressing over mixture. (You may want to add this by degree to get the amount you prefer).
Toss gently and refrigerate.
Let it sit at least an hour before serving. Serves 8 to 10.

A very tasty dip with a rich artichoke flavor.
Artichoke Jalapeno Cheese Spread: Mix one package of Coyote Country Seasonings Artichoke dip with one 12 oz. tub of whipped cream cheese and one 4 oz. can of drained diced jalapenos. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours and then serve with crackers.
